Avant 528 model, shipped from the Ylöjärvi factory on 19 April 2012. The loader has worked diligently for 13 years on a livestock farm.

The loader is sold for repair to someone skilled in refurbishment. All necessary spare parts and maintenance supplies are available from Avant Centres across Finland. We also offer maintenance services throughout Finland and can provide experienced service/operational support.

Defects:*

Significant play in the frame joint and steering.

• Wear parts in the boom need replacing; no repair-weld points found on the boom.
• Engine rubber mounts/attachments to the frame are worn out.
• The viscous fan has seized against the fan housing.
• Hours reading is indicative; actual hours likely closer to 5,000 h.
• There is oil in the engine; the engine turns normally.
• Water pump dry externally, slight noise noted but coolant circulates and temperatures remain normal.
• Coolant due for replacement; coolant present and the radiator is externally dry.
• ROPS bar is straight; no welding or repair marks on the hoop.
• Electrical equipment functioned during the test drive; rear work light does not illuminate.
• Tyres are worn; they hold air and one spare tyre (23 x 10.50 R12) is included — this spare is also used.
• Body panels split, with missing fasteners.
• External hydraulics work; Faster group connector intact; showed working pressure of 185 bar when warm.
• Rust around the loader.
• The machine has been used on a livestock farm; it will require a thorough cleaning by the next owner.
• A test drive was carried out noting the above issues; there may be other wear and age/service-related signs of use.
