The equipment is dedicated to the construction, modernisation and repairs of electric railway traction.

The vehicle is constructed on the chassis of IVECO Trakker AD190T36W with 4x4 drive.

The base vehicle is fitted with a specialist adaptive frame which is a bearing element and binds the loading crane, rail chassis and working platform together with the vehicle. The functions of the rail wheel drive and lifting the chassis for running on rails are hydraulic and radio controlled.

Maximum speed of the vehicle on the rail chassis when controlled from the cabin (crane and mobile platform in transport position) – 20 km/h. Track control is possible from the working platform with two remote controls. For safety of use, speed limitation was introduced when controlling the driving on rails with remote controls up to 5 km/h.

The installed Palfinger PA 095 working platform is dedicated to working with railway traction. TWO-WAY VEHICLE CLASSIFIED AS 9A in accordance with PN-EN-15756-1+A1 standard Working platform and loading crane fitted with PAL 150 radio control and connected in a continuous manner communicate with each other.
