The Horizon BQ-270V is a single-clamp automatic binder with automatic cover feeding, delivering consistently high-quality, perfectly bound books with one-person operation. With its Touch&Work technology, Horizon revolutionizes the operation of finishing machines: setup is quick and easy, with minimal changeover times, increasing both flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

- Processes books from 1 to 50 mm thick and spine lengths from 135 to 320 mm, with a cycle rate of up to 500 books per hour.

- Standard milling station equipped with additional notching knives and dust brushes.

- Milling depth adjustable up to 3 mm.

- Automatic cover feeder with suction drum for secure, consistent positioning to the book block.

- Standard creasing unit for 4-fold creasing of the cover, which adjusts automatically and precisely. 2-fold creasing is optional.

- Standard measuring station for block thickness: measurement occurs during machine operation, making it significantly faster than measuring in the clamp. Highly efficient for short runs and single-copy production.
