A Schneider PLC with an intuitive 5-inch touchscreen provides centralized control, recipe management, and diagnostics to support quick format changes and reliable day-to-day operation. Non-Stop Labeling Architecture Two self-adhesive labeling stations operate in non-stop mode. Automatic roll changeover ensures uninterrupted labeling during end-of-reel events, backing paper breakage, or missing-label detection, minimizing downtime and protecting OEE. Synchronized Motion & Stability Encoder-linked wrapping belts synchronize with line speed for precise label placement. Motorized upper belts with stabilizers keep containers straight and secure, enhancing alignment on both cylindrical and shaped formats. Process Monitoring & Recipes Infeed/outfeed overflow sensors regulate product flow to match upstream filling and downstream packing. Up to 500 format recipes can be stored, reducing setup time and ensuring repeatable results across product variants. Production Line Integration Capabilities Engineered for seamless integration into a used bottling line, this labeler communicates effectively with upstream rinsing and filling machines and downstream capping, inspection, and case packing systems. It supports standard I/O handshakes and speed-following logic for smooth line balance. Compatible with glass bottle and metal can lines; suitable for brik and bag-in-box labeling stations within multiproduct facilities Flexible enough to operate alongside PET, glass, and aluminum container handling on mixed beverage production lines Rapid format changeovers supported by stored recipes, aiding SKU proliferation in modern industrial packaging operations Machine Condition & Maintenance History Condition: READY FOR OPERATION. Built in 2019 and lightly used, this second hand PackLab labeler presents in excellent operating condition. It is delivered with full CE safety protections and comprehensive user manuals to support commissioning, operation, and maintenance. The non-stop configuration and robust mechanical design contribute to low wear and stable long-term performance. Operational Performance & Versatility Designed for a wide range of beverage and liquid food applications, the WING CWW 20 supports wrap-around for cylindrical formats and partial front/back for shaped containers.
